Through market research we helped Unwin Safety Systems establish and address the reason behind a dip in sales. Information obtained from the research also helped shape the communications programme. We managed a major brand refresh and applied it to all marketing collateral; helped develop a new customer service programme; instigated the company’s sponsorship of the British wheelchair rugby team (a sport that had close associations with the client’s business sector) which not only helped create a new more dynamic image for the company but generated many networking opportunities as the Team travelled overseas to tournaments; plus, we ran a comprehensive media relations and advertising programme to reinforce Unwin as the market leader it was.
